Nature of Services Welistenyou provides listening services only, creating a safe and private space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings. – Our listeners are not licensed therapists, counselors, or advisors and do not provide any form of advice, solutions, professional guidance, or therapy. – Sessions are for emotional expression and support only, not for resolving disputes, professional consulting, or medical advice.
Privacy and Confidentiality – All sessions are private and confidential. Any information you share will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law (e.g., in cases of harm, abuse, or other legal obligations). – We do not record sessions or store detailed personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service. – Misuse of the platform, such as sharing session details without consent, may result in termination of services and legal action.
Booking and Payment – Sessions must be booked through our official platform. Payments are required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. – All bookings are final and non-refundable unless the session cannot be delivered due to an issue on our part.
Cancellations and Rescheduling – Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. – Failure to provide notice within this period will result in forfeiture of the session fee. – Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed through our platform.
Client Conduct To maintain a respectful and safe environment, clients agree to: – Use appropriate language and behavior during the session. – Do not ask for or share confidential or personal information (e.g., phone numbers, banking details, addresses) with listeners. – Refrain from any behavior that is abusive, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate. – Misbehavior, inappropriate comments, harassment, or flirting will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
Prohibited Activities The following actions are strictly prohibited during sessions: – Asking listeners for personal contact information or sharing your own. – Recording, sharing, or reproducing the session in any form. – Discussing confidential or illegal activities, or attempting to coerce the listener into providing personal opinions or advice. – Behaviors that violate Indian law or the respectful nature of the service.
Disclaimer of Liability – Welistenyou does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. – Our services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or emergency intervention. – If you are in crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact local authorities or a professional service provider. – Welistenyou is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your session. – In no event shall Welistenyou or its listeners be liable for any damages exceeding the cost of the session fee.
Limitation of Liability – Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. – Under no circumstances shall Welistenyou, its employees, or its listeners be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress or financial loss.
Scams and Fraud Prevention
– Welistenyou is not responsible for any scams, impersonations, or fraudulent activities conducted by third parties claiming to represent us.

– Clients are advised to report any suspicious activity or unauthorized use of our name immediately to us.
